The room we had had been smoked in despite no-smoking policy. We checked in around 9pm - the lady at the reception was very helpful and made our stay a better one.

Rooms, were tiny and the extra bed difficult and dangerous to undo. Not enough towels, nothing to do with the environment just cost cutting. My booking was accepted however, my bank card was declined due to security. When I phoned up the next day to pay, they demanded the money in Euros at a bad exchange rate instead of sterling I had previously paid I. and accused me of absconding without paying. Nasty and patronizing, total void of any customer service skills. I am not sure whether Ryan Air learns it customer service skills from Ibis or vice versa, but there are many similarities. Avoid if possible!
